Designed to aid See-Saw training, our Adjustable Weight Bar acts as the perfect counterbalance system, offering precision adjustments for all skill levels.

Crafted from high-quality, weighted metal, complete with two rubber bungs, one for each end. Simply insert into the holes on the See-Saw plank and secure in place with the rubber bungs.
